Up to March 29th, China National Cotton Reserves Corporation purchased a total of 6.51 million tons of cotton for temporary reserves.
The cumulative reserves by listing up to 4.7795 million tons and cumulative reserves from backbone enterprises up to 1.7270 million tons. For the cumulative reserves by listing, including 2.5498 million tons from Xinjiang and 2.2297 million tons from inland. On March 29th, the cumulative reserves by listing up to 30080 tons from inland, Xinjiang had no deal on March 29th.
The annual cotton temporary storage volume has been quite close to the annual output of 6.84million tons released by the National Bureau of statistics. The volume is also close to the data of 7.164million tons released by the China Cotton Association.
